Many retailers face internal efficiencies, often caused by an understaffed workforce, and are ultimately losing sales to this unsolved problem. Shoptech is a company that applies technology to improve retail business processes to address these inefficiencies. We are currently working on an artificially intelligent virtual assistant that interacts with the customer and assists them with any of their basic questions. Our company believes that our technology will relieve retail associates the burden of basic customer interactions, solving the problem of limited man-power in retail.
