Monica Lannom is an MBA/PhD candidate determined to transform our institutions through social entrepreneurship and human-centered design. She relishes her friendships, spending time in nature with her husband and four dogs and hopes to live abroad in the near future.

Talia Farrell-Rosen

Talia Farrell-Rosen recently graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Clinical/Community Psychology and Spanish. She will be working as lab manager for the YEDI lab in the Psychology Department. In the future, she hopes to combine her majors to practice as a clinical psychologist in underserved, Spanish-speaking communities. She loves to dance, watch Spanish Netflix, and read //unresolved mysteries. She hopes to follow in her father’s footsteps, and live in Peru one day.

Charmaine Nieves

Charmaine Nieves is a Mechanical Engineering student at UIUC interested in eventually entering the medical device industry. She is currently involved with the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers(SHPE) and Phi Eta Sigma. She is interested in not only learning new engineering skills by participating in technical projects but also in being active with Campus Ventures in the entrepeneurial environment UIUC has to offer. She loves to watch anime, movies, and also play basketball.
